This is my first Blog so I'll keep it short, sweat and to the point. Maybe someday I'll write a few books about my life and the things i know, but for now I'll just share some information with a few good people i meet out here.
From time to time i will post informative things on links to YouTube, pictures and documents on how i do things in my life. I'm not an expert on things, but people tell me i know a lot of stuff. I don't think so i just like to learn about anything that can make my journey through life a little easier, and cheaper, to deal with.
Austin, is a beautiful city. I came to know this city very well over the years after being transplanted he with a high tech company called Applied Materials. Because of my real estate business i have gotten to know Austin and all of it surrounding metro areas really good.
I am really surprised that more people from other city don't move here to live. The living is cheap and there is so much to do here. There is lady bird lake that lots of people go to everyday to go canoeing and kayaking .
- Ziller Park is another place to go all year round to picnic and meet people.
- Barton Springs is a fresh water kinda man made pool/spring place to go to swimming.
- 6th Street is a place to go for lots of live music, drinking, and partying.
